How can I track my order?
You can track your order via the confirmation email. Click on "View Order" and then on your tracking number to view the shipping status.
Please note that the processing time for most orders is 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Why are there no updates displayed on my tracking page?
This may be due to two reasons:

Destination Netherlands: Some couriers (like PostNL, DHL) only show updates once the package arrives in the Netherlands. This can take up to 10 days.

Customs processing: If your package is crossing international borders, it may be temporarily held at customs. This process can take anywhere from a few hours to several days.
Our team checks shipments daily and will contact you if there are any delays.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed (within 0-2 business days), you can contact us at contact@shoprijk.com to request changes or cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item for a refund.
Some orders are processed within 2 hours, so be quick!
Why was my order canceled?
Your order may have been canceled for one of the following reasons:

Out of stock: The product is no longer available.

Payment issues: The payment was declined or failed.

Legal restrictions: Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries.
If your order was canceled, the amount will be automatically refunded within 1-3 business days.
My discount code didn’t work. What can I do?
If your discount code wasn't applied correctly at checkout, contact us at contact@shoprijk.com. If the code was valid, we will refund the difference.
I want to return an item. How does that work?

Damaged item received?: First, file a claim with the courier and email us the claim number along with a photo of the damaged item.

Wrong item received?: Contact us, and we will resolve the issue.

Not satisfied?: You can return the item within 30 days, provided it is unused and in the original packaging.
⚠ Important: Always contact us before sending a return to obtain the correct return address.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds in the following cases:

Lost order: If the carrier confirms that the package is lost.

Damaged or wrong product: We will send a new item or offer a refund.

Not satisfied?: You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.

The product has already been shipped, unless it’s lost.

The return is outside the 30-day return period.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is lost.
How long does the return process take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will then be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
The entire return and refund process may take between 1 to 10 business days.
